I have a 47-year history of building Realty Relationships in Arizona and beyond.

I have Keller Williams offices throughout the state of Arizona, the United States, and internationally. The cities, towns, and rural areas I have relationships with provide numerous options for my customers.

I am a native of the Tucson and Southern Arizona area—born and raised. My grandparents moved to the area from Denver, Colorado, and New York City, New York, in the 40s and made a life for us in "one of the most beautiful places on the planet."

My dad, Del Sutton, Sr. was the art director for ABC TV KGUN 9 in Tucson. He was also a locally famous water color artist and photographer. I enjoyed our early morning fishing in a large hidden pond in Tucson and learned a lot from him. My mom, Rose Sutton, opened one of the first locations of one of the first real estate franchises ever created, called Red Carpet Real Estate. The team started as a mother-son team over 41 years ago. Rose has passed on, but the Sutton name continues to carry on a family tradition in real estate that started in 1964.

At the age of 14, I started to work in the real estate industry at my mom's real estate company, filing the multiple listing sheets, answering the phone, cleaning the office, and learning the business from the ground up. When I was a teenager, I received my real estate license and launched my career. On the side, I was an actor in TV commercials and movies with such greats such as David Lowell Rich, Billy Crystal, Patrick Duffy, Kim Darby, Gregory Harrison, George Gobel, Sandy Hill from Good Morning America, and others.

When I was 21, I saw the world and served my country in the United States Navy.
I am honored to have done so. When I was in the Navy, I helped people buy, sell, build, and rent real estate in my free time with the help of my peers. When I was 25, I launched one of the first real estate agent teams in Southern Arizona.

Every time I go to a family gathering, I am reminded of how good we really do have it here. I love walking our West Highland terrier named Rufus, hiking, swimming, family activities, volunteering, "The Man Kind Project", weight training, cooking, fishing, nature, and travel. The mountains, fishing, camping, hiking, people, and outdoor activities make this a great place to live, thrive, and take your life to a new level.

I have seen people come and go in the Tucson area from all over the world. Tucson tends to bring out the best in people. I am honored to be of service and use my experience to advocate for you. My past clients have included people from many circles of life. It makes me happy to see their intentions come to fruition.

I am committed to making a difference in our world. I enjoy giving some of my time and money away to those in my life and those in need. I believe it's important to leave the world a better place through our thoughts, relationships, and actions.

Customer Service

Maggie had a unique and very challenging situation, but I was able to lean on the experience of my long real estate career to guide her through a smooth transaction. I sold Maggie's home in 2 weeks in an area that averages 100 days! This is why I love real estate: I get to meet great people and help them with life transitions. I enjoy working with people just like Maggie and I look forward to helping anyone you may know with their real estate needs.

From Studios to Custom Homes to Commercial Offices. In other words, anything concerning the land and anything that goes on it—for it is all—encompassing.

I deal with "Home" in the grandest sense of the word, especially in the relationships that are built.
