I have a 47-year history of building Realty Relationships in Arizona and beyond.
I have Keller Williams offices throughout the state of Arizona, the United States, and internationally. The cities, towns, and rural areas I have relationships with provide numerous options for my customers.
I am a native of the Tucson and Southern Arizona area—born and raised. My grandparents moved to the area from Denver, Colorado, and New York City, New York, in the 40s and made a life for us in "one of the most beautiful places on the planet."
My dad, Del Sutton, Sr. was the art director for ABC TV KGUN 9 in Tucson. He was also a locally famous water color artist and photographer. I enjoyed our early morning fishing in a large hidden pond in Tucson and learned a lot from him. My mom, Rose Sutton, opened one of the first locations of one of the first real estate franchises ever created, called Red Carpet Real Estate. The team started as a mother-son team over 41 years ago. Rose has passed on, but the Sutton name continues to carry on a family tradition in real estate that started in 1964.
At the age of 14, I started to work in the real estate industry at my mom's real estate company, filing the multiple listing sheets, answering the phone, cleaning the office, and learning the business from the ground up. When I was a teenager, I received my real estate license and launched my career. On the side, I was an actor in TV commercials and movies with such greats such as David Lowell Rich, Billy Crystal, Patrick Duffy, Kim Darby, Gregory Harrison, George Gobel, Sandy Hill from Good Morning America, and others.
When I was 21, I saw the world and served my country in the United States Navy.
I am honored to have done so. When I was in the Navy, I helped people buy, sell, build, and rent real estate in my free time with the help of my peers. When I was 25, I launched one of the first real estate agent teams in Southern Arizona.
Every time I go to a family gathering, I am reminded of how good we really do have it here. I love walking our West Highland terrier named Rufus, hiking, swimming, family activities, volunteering, "The Man Kind Project", weight training, cooking, fishing, nature, and travel. The mountains, fishing, camping, hiking, people, and outdoor activities make this a great place to live, thrive, and take your life to a new level.
I have seen people come and go in the Tucson area from all over the world. Tucson tends to bring out the best in people. I am honored to be of service and use my experience to advocate for you. My past clients have included people from many circles of life. It makes me happy to see their intentions come to fruition.
I am committed to making a difference in our world. I enjoy giving some of my time and money away to those in my life and those in need. I believe it's important to leave the world a better place through our thoughts, relationships, and actions.
Experienced professional with a demonstrated record of providing real estate, marketing, and consultation services to assist others in achieving personal, financial, and professional goals.

Maggie had a unique and very challenging situation, but I was able to lean on the experience of my long real estate career to guide her through a smooth transaction. I sold Maggie's home in 2 weeks in an area that averages 100 days! This is why I love real estate: I get to meet great people and help them with life transitions. I enjoy working with people just like Maggie and I look forward to helping anyone you may know with their real estate needs.
From Studios to Custom Homes to Commercial Offices. In other words, anything concerning the land and anything that goes on it—for it is all—encompassing.
I deal with "Home" in the grandest sense of the word, especially in the relationships that are built.
I've known Del Sutton for 40 plus years, I consider him a good friend and a Real Estate genius. He has made transactions for me that were outstanding and always willing to help.

Del helped my wife and I find and buy our house in January 2012. He kept in contact with us for months after the purchase making sure everything was going well. Del went above and beyond helping us with our house. Additionally, he never hesitated to provide assistance and advice in solving problems that our adult children were having with the apartments they were renting elsewhere in the state. We always felt that he genuinely cared and genuinely wanted to help. Towards the end of 2016 we decided to sell our house. His analysis and advice about pricing and incentives were thorough and accurate. He updated my wife and I regularly and kept us well informed throughout the entire process from listing to closing. Mr. Sutton often reminded us that we could contact him any time, nights, weekends and holidays—which we did. Thank you Del, for all of the time and effort you put into making the selling process simple and successful.
This portion written in early 2016: When Janet (my wife) and I were working with Del in early 2012 while purchasing our house in Tucson, we never felt pressured to buy. We felt instead like Del's primary concern was looking out for our best interests. He asked many questions about our interests and needs, and where and what we were looking for in a house and patiently worked with us to find the right house. But Del’s service to the buyer (Janet and I) didn’t end with the sale of the house when, with no hesitation, he met us at the house several times on weekends to help make our transition into the house easier. Del has helped us a number of times over the years since 2012 with suggestions for who we could call for help the couple of times we needed someone for maintenance and repairs. We'd like to thank Del for always being there.

I was lucky enough to have Del as my Realtor when purchasing my very first home. Del and his team were extremely easy to work with, and dealt with my high volume of anxious first-time home buyer questions with finesse. I never felt like a bother no matter how many questions I asked, emails I sent, or demands for information and property showings I made. Del and his team were always quick to respond and so extremely pleasant! His experience in the home business truly shows, as the process seemed seamless to me—and every person I dealt with seemed to be the best one ever—from the home inspectors to the first time homebuyer class teacher to the lending agents. Everyone was professional, courteous, and full of information! Working with Del was a pleasure, and I recommend him to anyone looking to buy! In 9 days, I will have been in my home for 1 year, and I still cannot believe I got the house of my dreams! Thank you, Del!

My husband and I started working with Del Sutton in March 2011 when we were looking for an investment property in the Tucson area. Even though we were not going to be a big sale, Del treated us like we were. He spent countless hours going through listings with us, exploring options, and driving to see properties. He knows who the "best of the best" are in Tucson for everything from mortgages to home repair to house sitters. Because of ever-changing banking regulations, the process took 15 months before we finally closed on a property, and, despite numerous setbacks, Del made this a very positive experience. He was always upbeat, even when it seemed that we were never ever going to get a property closed. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for property in the Tucson area.

You won’t find a better agent—he has helped me tremendously close deals that I thought were impossible. Aside from that—he’s truly a genuine guy, and wants his clients to be 100 % satisfied and will go the extra mile to make sure you are.
